New Macbook Pros 2011

Since I was a student, I always wanted to own a macbook, I remember them using for the first time in my first job. Though it was the old model, I was impressed with the user interface (I was also using linux KDE at that time) then the performance is also good and fast especially when using multimedia softwares like photoshop , flash, etc.

And just this week, a new Macbook refresh has just been released. I think this the one upgrade I have been waiting for with its new specs and faster processor speeds.

Anyways, here are the specs for the macbook 13 inch and their prices (in peso)

Haven’t done a gadget review for a while so here it goes.

Recently announced the latest Lexmark AIO printer and the best for far. This is a new product with a sleek black design with its glossy piano black color body. This good looking and multi functional printer will be the start of the new generation of high quality and functional not to mention the out of its world appearance (even martians will love these)..:D

A 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen is equally uncommon and provides both a clearer way of previewing prints and scans as well as an avenue for Internet features, including Box.net storage, Evernote calendars, TripIt flight info and Stamps.com. Lexmark has a service of its own to print photos from Twitter links and (in November) Facebook galleries.

The printer itself is a typical inkjet, but it has duplex printing and separate ink tanks. It doesn’t need any separate hardware to get on the local network with 802.11n Wi-Fi to hop on to wireless networks.

The printer uses special algorithms to translate the fish-eye image back into a flat sheet and reproduces text quite well, but the twin RGB flashes it fires to reproduce color didn’t always do an accurate job, and we were disappointed to find a number of features (including some obvious oversights like image rotation for copies) weren’t accessible via the touchscreen. It does have a number of neat web apps for completely untethered use, however, including the ability to scan right to Evernote and Photobucket and Box.net, and Lexmark told us it’s working with a number major photo hosting services, Twitter and Facebook to let Genesis users directly upload.
