Though it is already an old topic(for some), it still is a phenomenon to everyone who saw the latest video of the dancing inmates in Cebu CPDRC . It was featured yesterday by GMA network by Jessica Soho. Many think that these thugs are forgotten and isolated by society but it seems that they are the once bringing the countries name (Philippines that is) to the globe. They are even more popular than some politicians today currently posting their campaing ads in television.
I wish I could see them perform live if I have the time (except getting imprisoned..lolz) and witness the performance myself. Anyways , here’s the video of the renowned and undisputed Cebu City Dancing Inmates..enjoy

I went to Bilibid and I saw how prisoners were there… some really are trying to change but I think some still need time.
It is good to see that they are focusing their energy in recreation and this is absolutely awesome! hehhe they need to look fiercer though! XD
I saw this one and the peace sign part is so cool! Galing nila and to think din the one who choreographed the dance is MJ’s long time choreographer plus with 2 other dancers.
