I have been looking for an email client that can handle various emails as well as to organize them, as I research the web I narrowed my choices into two, that is the Microsoft Mozilla Outlook and the Microsoft Outlook.
I have used Microsoft Outlook at look for a very long time now, and so far, it is very good in terms of organizing email and not to mention the synchronization capabilities with different software applications and other utilities. Yep, I used it a lot especially with my projects and I can’t really say something negative really. But there is just one thing, it’s “Windows” (no offense). Personally, I prefer something free (open source that is). And I found this other email client (actually the second in the list next to outlook). The Mozilla thunderbird, as expected from an open source, its free! (duh), and it also supports different mail clients and has functionality similar to outlook. It is also lightweight which means , you don’t have to install the whole package (like Microsoft Office) in the system.
Setting up thunderbird is also easy and straightforward, they have also an option to setup directly for gmail(google) account and sets it up fairly simple. It is really important to organize your emails especially when you have lots of them and organize them accordingly to your preference.
Download Thunderbird for free here.
